This feels like a good product, but I have a couple concerns. I'm not a huge fan of the smell I ordered, but I also ordered the beard oil sample set and I think I will have better luck next time I order. The bottle I got in the box looks like it spent a month on the floorboard of a truck before it was shipped. The print on the label has rubbed off in a number of places and the bottle was dirty all around and under the edge of the cap. Likely the bottle wasn't wiped off very well and a little dirt collected where there was co-wash around the outside of the lid. Still, It wasn't the most professional appearing bottle. All in all though, I'll put in a second order and see what shows up.

This works very well for me. I’m senior citizen aged now, so the ol’ beard is kind of finnicky about what I use on it. Washing with this two to three times weekly leaves it soft and manageable and ready for towel drying and an application of Kuhn Balm or Butter.
My tip to you folks is to buy the unscented version so you can then use any scented balm/oil/butter afterwards without worrying about clashing.

So I have been struggling to find a good conditioner or just beard wash in general for years and I stumbled upon this site from a Reddit thread funny enough and it was an absolute life saver. I use this product daily for my hair and beard and can confidently say I’ve never found a product that has made my hair feel this healthy and moisturized without over saturating or stripping your hair of oils. The scent themselves are also amazing. My personal favorite is the Apple bourbon.

I tried natural beard wash and natural beard conditioners. I tried natural shampoo and conditioner bars. Everything dried out my beard. Because Kuhn has been the best of every beard product I’ve ever used, and successfully resulted in a soft beard, I bought the co-wash. Absolute game changer. The tangles have decreased dramatically. My beard is soft after the shower. The amount of product required for use is half of what the other brands were. Just buy it.

This cowash makes your beard very soft, and fresh. My skin felt great as well. Other brands I have used, stripped my hair, and made my beard feel dry. This, was quite the opposite. I’ve used different scents of the Kuhn CoWash for a few months now, and I’m a huge fan.
I originally got the cedar and cinnamon. I think a lot of people would love it, but there is something about the scent that my wife isn’t a huge fan of. When I was nearing half way in the bottle, really liking how the product works on my hair (It feels great in use, it leaves my beard feeling great afterward. Combined with the Kuhn beard butter, it’s amazing) I picked three other scents to order and try, Apple and Bourbon, Beechwood, and White sands. She tried to convince me to try a different brand, instead, but again, I really like this product.
When I received the new scents, she smelled them right away, and she’s a big fan of all 3. I also really like all 3. I will probably stick with Apple and Bourbon, as it meshes amazingly with my other products. The other two don’t clash, and both of us will be very happy with me using all three of these new scents. I’ll finish using up the cedar and cinnamon while travelling. Again, I’m not complaining about the cedar and cinnamon, it’s just not her preference. I also believe that if I had asked, Kuhn would have traded it out for a different scent. I really like the products, their beard butter is amazing, I want to support the company so they can keep making these amazing products, and I don’t dislike the scent, so I didn’t ask.
I would absolutely recommend Kuhn’s CoWash and Beard Butter to anybody.

Absolutely love this stuff. Just rub it into my beard and let it site while I was the rest of my body. Rinse everything off and I'm left with a lovely smelling super soft beard. And the girlfriend loves it (always a plus).
I tried to think of a criticism but honestly this stuff is great. I don't even get beardruff anymore with this. And the few times I've talked with someone in support they've been super friendly and helpful (I didn't know what to get first time, they said Birchwood).
I've done Birchwood and the Cedar & Amber. I like the latter more myself but the both smell nice, not overpowering at least compared to other body washes and so forth I've had in the past.
So yeah, 10/10 will very much be buying again.

Mahogany has been my “go to” scent in my oils for the past few orders, so I had to put it in my co-wash. Due to moving, I was having to ration my other co-wash. This is my first time using a daily co-wash and I'm glad I chose this product. The co-wash lathers my beard, leaving it very soft after a shower/wash. One thing I was worried about was whether this co-wash would be able to remove leftover scents from oils/butters/balms, but I've had no issues with this and my beard always seems to have a neutral smell after a wash.

This is the third shower product for my bird that I've ever tried, and I have to say it's been the best for me.
This co-wash achieves a better outcome than some random beard shampoo and conditioner mass-produced stuff I got for cheap. Personally, I highly recommend it.
The only gripe that I have with this product is that kühn doesn't offer larger bottles haha.

The co-wash is working so well. Dried out, coarse beard with split ends is now silky smooth-and it only took about 2 weeks to get there. I would absolutely recommend to everyone with a beard. The apple bourbon is a little strong...you can still smell it hours after use, but it's still a good smell, and there are plenty of other scents to choose from.

I currently have a 8 inch beard and Kuhn co-wash has been my go-to for months now. It is all I use and my beard is healthy and clean. I can't recommend this co-wash enough.
A couple days a week I will use Kuhn balm or butter but not that often.

Absolutely love this cowash, it's a great scent without being overpowering and keeps my beard from getting dried out. Have tried many beard conditioners that left me with a tangled curly mess, but Kuhn keeps my thick beard hairs on order. My barber was able to tell a major difference since I started using it.

I'm somewhat new to the co-wash experience so I don't have much to compare Kuhn's product to. That said, I don't feel as though I need to try any other brands. This product is very gentle, washes out easily, and leaves my beard feeling clean and soft every time. It actually made my mustache so soft that it droops down a bit more and so I need more product to keep it where I want it!
Additionally, Chris takes absolute pride in his products and will go to great lengths to make sure customers are happy. The first bottle I received had a minor problem with the product consistency -- I emailed to ask him about it, and he had a replacement in the mail to me the very next day. So far, I believe you cannot go wrong with Kuhn products!

This is a winner! I got the mahogany scent, this stuff is of medium thickness and that is just perfect for a quick shower routine, the feel is light and loose...just waiting for the product of your choice! Paired with a soap bar, you cannot go wrong
