I have used the products before, but never really ordered from the website. I ran out of my favorites and went and ordered more. When my order arrived i found out that one of my items didn't make it into the packaging. I immediately went to the website and found their contact info and sent it of explaining what had happened. To my surprise I had a notification about a half hour later that my missing item had been shipped. That speaks volumes to me when a company is that dedicated to their customers and their product satisfaction. Will definitely be ordering again and passing on to all my friends and family.

I love this beard oil! it feels great on my beard and keeps my beard soft and hydrated all day long. However, this has been the second bottle I have purchased, and both bottles leak from the spout (I think). After using the beard oil I put on its cover so I know it won't accidentally squirt if something falls on it, or I bump it. But when I come back later that day, I can see the oil running down the neck of the bottle. The inside of the cap is covered with oil as well as the head of the bottle. When I started to notice this I would wipe off the head of the bottle after using the beard oil, and before placing the cap on. However, it still leaks, not sure why this is, but it is frustrating to clean up every day and is also wasting a lot of the product that I could be using.

It's just that... When I first got The Ultimate Gift Set I knew I was sold. The smell of the products alone did it for me. So, I knew I had to wait longer than normal to leave a review. I didn't want my initial fiery-pink-fireworks-love blind me to what was supposed to be a long-term love affair. I waited. And waited. And waited some more. But, the love never went away! And, to top it off, my wife is in on the love affair too! Now I don't feel like I'm cheating on her. Win! I've already recommended Kuhn to all my beard friends, and you should, too.

Fantastic Product and Phenomenal Customer Service. My husband loves the Kühn products and decided to order a box for his brother. The scents are masculine and compliment a bearded man well. When we ordered my husbands box at the same time, we got an email from Chris saying he was out of a product and he would be willing to send out what he had for the order and when he had the product available he would send the rest out. We then continually kept us updated as he was receiving the ingredients to make the product we had ordered. So awesome to find a small business with such outstanding customer service.
