Smells great. Literally smells like fresh apples and a cinnamon stick. Reminiscent of apple pie but slightly more "candied". Superb viscosity. Not too thick, not too thin. Only real complaint is that there is not more of it per bottle. That said, bear in mind that this has multiple expensive ingredients in one bottle. Definitely buy!

I won’t try anything other than Kühn beard oil. They have so many scents to choose from. All others I’ve tried either contain too strong of a scent or too little. This is just right. Smells great and keeps my beard shaped and sculpted throughout the whole day. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great consistency, the way beard oil should be. Not too thin or runny. Also, better complete mixture of oils vs leading competitors. I’ve used over 50 different brands and Kuhn, in my opinion, makes the best products money can buy. Soap, oil, co-wash, butter and balm are all the best I’ve used from any brand in every category. Really good quality oil with a great scent! Though I'm not sure Mountain Forest is an accurate name for it. It has a "forest-ish" type scent, but I struggle to place any notes. A note breakdown of some kind would help future buyers I'm sure. Regardless, I really like this beard oil and I'm glad I purchased it.

I bought this for my boyfriend at the recommendation of my very bearded brother. My brother loves it and I'm confident boyfriend will too. Brother specifically suggested the birchwood scent.

i've had my beard for over 10 years. within that time i have tried MANY brands. none compare to kuhn products. it's nice having a brand that uses natural ingredients plus being able to use soap, hair, and beard that is all one scent is amazing! did i mention the prices are unbelievable! most companies up charge on products that are filled with chemicals and don't leave you feeling fresh but not kuhn products! highly recommend!

My husband got a full beard kit for Christmas and fell in love with the products. So when he ran out he asked me to repurchase this product for him again.

This is the 3rd oil I’ve purchased from Kuhn and I really like the blend and the way my skin beard feels when using it. The Hickory scent is pleasant, not overwhelming, and lasts for a few hours. Eventually I want to try more of their scents.

The quality and the scent of White Sand is amazing! Compared to generic brands you can feel the difference, can't wait to try other products.

I can’t rave about this stuff enough. I’ve literally been telling everyone I know with a beard to try it out! The Palo Santo & musk scent has got to be the best smelling product I’ve ever used. Seriously, I wish this scent was in shampoo, deodorant, etc… it smells so good. The balm holds my beard really well & the beard butter softens. The oil gives it a perfect shine. Everything about the lineup is great. I actually look forward to putting this stuff on my beard every single day! It’s reasonably priced and it’s a perfect product. Kuhn's Mahogany beard oil is fantastic! To start with, the pump bottle actually WORKS! Not a spritzer all over your hand (if you're lucky) but actual drops of glorious mahogany scented oil into your palm! Chris has something magical going on with his scents! This Mahogany oil is a luxurious feeling, long lasting strong masculine woodsy cologne fragrance. His website lists it as one of their "deeper, richer scents". Believe it! I love this one, and so does my wife!

The cedar and leather oil works really well in my beard. It leaves my beard hair soft and the skin underneath itch free. The leather scent is a bit on the strong side, so make sure you enjoy a leather scent before you buy it. I happen to love leather scents so this one was right up my alley.

This oil is not your typical cherry pipe scent. I was pleasantly surprised with the uniqueness of this scent. The feel in beard, pump top, and packaging exceeded my expectations.

Probably the best beard oil I’ve ever used and I’ve tried at least 20 different brands since 2016. Great oil ratio, thicker than most oils on the market. Better absorption, definitely strengthens hair and deeply moisturizes skin underneath. Great, healthy shine, less tangles, no itch and best of all, I haven’t had one ingrown hair since switching to this oil. I realize most beard oils are intended to primarily target the facial skin under the beard, however this one excels at both treating the skin and the beard better than any competitor I’ve come across. Beard products are kind of a hobby/addiction to me and I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars on products over the years. The Lamborghini of beard oil. Lastly, the cherry pipe scent will make you crave smoking cherry pipe tobacco if you are a former smoker, as was my experience. It smells so damn good and lasts at least 12-15 hours.

This is the first time in my life I’ve had a beard. I’ve used some beard oils including name brands and small businesses. Some were ok, most were terrible. My first Kuhn product was the beard butter with clay (which is spectacular.) The blog on the website explains the difference of Kuhn beard oil and the typical version. I’ve only used the Kuhn oil for a week and can tell you the blog post was no joke. This is by far a superior product. I needed to add much more oil from other companies to achieve the same effect. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

Product has a wonderful smell! Not too strong, but yet not so weak. It’s just right. I love how long the scent lasts and how it makes my beard (and skin underneath) look and feel.

I noticed the oil is a little bit thinner. I like it! It spreads easier and I rub the residual on my bald head to condition my skin and it feels so good.

This oil is very versatile. Right after receiving this oil, I decided to change and go down to a 3mm beard/2cm mustache. But I still use it on my cheeks even though it’s just a scruff now. It helps keep my skin underneath moisturized while smelling great. I use most of it on my longer mustache of course. My mustache is very stubborn and unruly. This helps make it more manageable before I apply balm or butter to it. Doesn’t look greasy as well. Even though i’m not keeping a longer beard I’ll buy again just to help with moisturizing and itchiness.

I've been really pleased with my products from Kuhn. Their beard oil is fantastic. I'm not a big fan of stronger scented oils, so I went with the unscented and have been very satisfied. Bought this product almost a year ago now - Apple & Bourbon. I'm trying my hardest to make it last! Makes my beard soft and easy to manage, not to mention the amazing smell. I've bought a few products since and they have not disappointed. I'll say this in another review, but this is also a thoughtful and conscious product. Long story short, I found this guy and his business through Reddit. I was looking for a natural, cruelty-free product that stood out - this fit the bill. A fellow redditor tagged Chris in my post, and Chris followed up with an open book about his products - even some shortcomings they were facing at the time. This is a great product, honest group of guys, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect I have what you might call a budding beard. I am committed to the full beard, so I’m avoiding shaving the neck beard so that as it grows, the fullness grows in. As most of you well know, the early phases of the neck beard can be challenging and quite scruffy looking. The oil helps me keep it looking well-kempt and smelling great. I am an essential worker, and end up in a mask 11-12+ hours of the day. Even after soaking in my breathing residue, I can smell the freshness of my whiskers. Mountain Whiskey just smells SO good. Even my kids will just stand and smell my beard.

The best Been bearding for the last 15 years and have used many different products. Never used something that keeps my beard from drying out without making it greasy, Kühn is by far my favorite product.

Utah Summer is my favorite Scent from Kuhn! The feel in beard from this company can't be matched. The oil just absorbs into your beard and skin with no oily afterthought. The scent profile is perfect. Not too strong but will last a great 6 - 8 hours. If heaven smells like this................WOW!!
