Absolutely in love with the beard butter! It applies easily, absorbs and leaves everything soft, and the scent lasts a long time! Very happy with the purchase, and I'm considering what scents to try next, and maybe throw in some candles!

Im a pagan and hold my hair and beard in high regard and have been looking for a product to help take care of my beard. I found kuhn and loved the allnatural aspect. I bought the beard shampoo, soap, balm, butter and oil. And they are amazing. My beard was itchy and untamed. When i started using kuhn the itching stoped and my beard started looking and feeling thicker. The scents are amazing.

Best beard product I have used by far! The beard butter works well and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the various scents as well as the quality of these. True difference between ordering something manufactured in bulk and ordering a product such as this where such thought and craftsmanship goes into it. I get so many compliments from others on the scents of these as well!
Excellent products and customer service. I love the Cedar and Cinnamon so much, I ordered the Co-wash in that scent. The White Sands, my wife's favorite, and the Mountain Whiskey are so good I decided to try out 5 different scents to see if I could find another favorite.

I can't put science behind it, but Iswear since I've started using these products my beard grows thicker and faster. And the smell lasts forever. Matter of fact the smell adds to my weight gain, cause I crave hot apple pie, lol. In all seriousness you will not regret buying these products.
Only recently was able to grow a beard, and found out it would be very brittle and dry. I've tried a few products, but Kühn has been the best. The scents are great, they last a good 5 - 6 hours and fade slowly over the following hours, and the variety is solid. My beard is much softer and has a nice soft luster now. Really loving Misty Mountains and Black Sea, but I still rotate through all the ones I have.
This is my 3rd purchase from Kuhn. The quality of Kuhn products exceeds all the other brands I’ve purchased. I’ve been bearded for more than a decade so I’ve been through a lot of beard brands. Customer service is great also!
I really like Kuhn products, especially the beard oil, as well as the beard soap and co-wash. I’ve tried a number of other products but Kuhn is superior in terms of ingredients and scents. (My wife is very picky about scents, but there are four or five different Kuhn scents she really likes. My favorites currently being White Sand and Utah summer; Black Sea is also really nice as a scent that is a little more noticeable, maybe for an evening out or something.)
I bought an assortment of balms and butters--specifically, the Cedar and Amber butter, the Misty Mountain butter, and the Black Sea Balm. They're all great. They have wonderful fragrances that are powerful enough to last for hours and hours--the whole day--while not being overpowering. Beard balms in my experience sometimes smell a bit different from the oil--which isn't a bad thing--but with Kühn's balms, the balms don't throw any curveballs to change the scent profile. The butters are really great. They make your beard soft while enhancing the scent of the oil. I highly recommend these products.
Kuhn is the real deal. I've tried damn near every product on the market, from badass beard to beard struggle to mad viking, etc. I will tell you that each of these products typically has maybe one or two things it does well or is acceptable at. Kuhn, on the other hand, does everything exceptionally. I've got a thick, full beard, and it's never been softer or more manageable than it is with Kuhn. You can feel the difference in their clay balms and butters, and the oil has just the right viscosity to moisturize all day long without a greasy feel. I have a ton of products left over, and I always end up going for Kuhn. The Co-Wash is excellent when paired with the bar soap first, then the Co-Wash second. Bottom line: this product, unlike every other product, actually claims to be different from its competitors, and you can tell from the moment you use it and how healthy your beard feels.
Kühn products leave my beard soft, manageable, and smelling great. The fragrance lasts well into the day, and they leave behind no residue. I have already made multiple purchases (especially the beard oils) since finding Kühn, and each one has exceeded my expectations. The prices are fair, the customer service has been great, and the quality has been outstanding. Mahogany is a special scent!

Must try. I will continue using Kuhn products. The butter is not greasy feeling like many others. Utah summer is an excellent scent that isn’t too overpowering. A light summer smell. A lot of scents give me a headache but this doesn’t. Great customer service too
Was recommended these products by a friend, first time having a beard and learning how to care for it. They are high quality and I love the bundles! I started with just the oil sampler to find some scents that I liked and ended up with balm, butter and more oil because of how well it works. Absolutely love the products. I have 5 different scents of oil, butter, and balm. Cherry pipe is my absolute favorite but the others are fantastic as well. So far, in addition to cherry pipe, I have mahogany, misty mountain, birch wood, and Black Sea. I get compliments on the scents all the time. I use oil after every shower which is sometimes twice a day. If I’m headed to bed I’ll follow the oil up with butter. If I need a little hold instead, I’ll follow up with the balm. I also have psoriasis so my skin is quite picky. Sitting roughly with a six inch beard at the moment and my skin underneath is in perfect shape. I’m very happy with everything I have at this point and will continue to add to my products.

Warm a small amount between your palms until it melts, then work it through — damp or dry, doesn't matter much. Focus on the flyaways, balm works better for that.
Can I use shampoo or hair conditioner on my beard?
Yes, you can — though it's better to use our co-wash. It's sulfate-free and keeps your hair and beard feeling moisturized instead of dried out, which is what regular shampoo sulfates will do to it.
Are beard oils safe?
Yes — ours is non-comedogenic, five real cold-pressed oils, no phthalates or filler. If you've got a known nut or seed oil allergy, check the ingredients first like you would with anything else you put on your skin.
What beard products do I actually need?
Co-wash in the shower, then oil, butter, or balm after you towel off. That combo alone will make your beard really soft — add balm on top of the oil or butter if you also want hold.
Does beard balm/butter/oil help my beard grow?
No — nothing you put on your face makes hair grow faster, that's genetics. What balm does is stop breakage and calm the itch that makes guys pick and over-trim, so you keep more of what you're already growing.
How much beard balm should I use?
Usually more than you think — I see a lot of guys use too little. Just keep applying until it feels like enough for the length of your beard. Longer beard, more balm. Thicker beard, more balm.
What is beard balm used for?
Balm's heavier and thicker than oil or butter, so it holds. That's what keeps your flyaways down and helps your beard keep its shape through the day, on top of conditioning it.
Is beard balm the same as beard butter?
Nope. My balm's about 30% beeswax, my butter's only around 5% — so butter still has a touch of hold, just way less than balm. Both condition your beard, balm just adds a lot more hold on top of that.
Should I use beard butter at night?
Sure. Good option if you want deep conditioning working overnight without any hold or shine the next morning.
How often should I use beard butter/balm/oil?`
Daily. Damp beard, right after your shower.
Do you use beard butter or oil first?
You can use both, if you want — I'd do oil first, it's easier to apply butter on top after. But you don't have to use both. Either one alone works fine, oil for a normal day, butter if your beard's especially dry.
Can I use beard oil, balm, and butter together?
Yes, and a lot of guys do. Oil or butter for daily conditioning, balm on top if you want hold. Just don't use oil and butter in the same routine — pick one based on how dry your beard's running that day.
I use beard oil/balm/butter but my beard is still really dry and unruly, why?
A well moisturized beard starts in the shower and what you wash it with. If you wash your beard with shampoo or regular bar soap, your beard is being stripped and will be very dry. You need to use a conditioner or co-wash.
I'm new to beard products, what's the difference between oil/balm/butter?
They are all designed to moisturize your skin and beard, they just do it in a slightly different manner. Keep it simple. Short beards, beard oil. A bit longer, beard butter. Longer and/or thicker unruly beards, beard balm. Start with an oil and butter if you're new, then go from there.
What's the shelf life of oil/balm/butter?
12 months if stored in a cool, dry place.
How much do I use of oil/balm/butter?
Depends on the length of your beard, but most don't use enough. You need enough to cover all of the hair follicles. It's difficult to apply too much, and very easy to use too little.
How long does the scent last?
You should expect 6-8 hour from our scents.
Will it stain my clothes?
No, it shouldn't. Most beard products leave a greasy film on the outside of your beard which can rub off onto your clothes. Our products are designed to absorb fully so there shouldn't be any transfer onto your shirt or other clothing.
What if I order a scent I don't like?
TOO BAD! I already got your money. JK. If you order any product from kühn and you're not happy with the scent, we will replace it with the scent of you choice. We'll never make someone keep a scent they won't wear.
